We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ModularEdge. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  

How to Start a Return
Email modularedgegaming@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll send you the return instructions and address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
